About
Founded in 2020, Arch State Academy (ASA) is driven by a mission to inspire and empower youth through community service and workforce development. Using sneakers as an incentive, we encourage young individuals to take part in meaningful service projects, developing essential life and career skills. Our innovative programs, such as Sneakers, Snacks, and Stories and Sneakers, Snacks, and Service, use footwear as a tool to engage youth in their communities while preparing them for future success.
ASA has proudly donated over 2,000 pairs of sneakers to foster youth and back-to-school fairs, furthering our commitment to serving underserved populations. We believe in the power of education, literacy, and hands-on learning, offering participants opportunities to explore the world through reading, while enhancing their comprehension and critical thinking.
Our vision is to build a future where every young person is equipped to be a leader in their community and succeed in the workforce. By fostering passion, community involvement, and professional readiness, we aim to create lasting change and empower youth to reach their full potential. Arch State Academy continues to expand its impact, dedicated to uplifting youth through innovative, service-based programs.

Additionally, through our sneaker footwear drives for foster youth, we aim to provide essential support to vulnerable populations, ensuring they have the tools needed for success.
